Each Administrator belong to one Factory CAN access any data/report from another Factory ! The login account (system administrator) who can access the KATES is independent from the E-Coupon. The E-Coupon has an administrator account name "ADMIN" by default. then you can create/add other login account (for role of system administrator) in the E-Coupon web. It's mean the Login account does not involve synchronization
